On Jan. 19, my mother went away for the population screening for women who are turning 50, or have been 50. There, pictures of her breasts were taken. On Jan. 27 Those pictures showed strange spots on them, and she went to the Gelderse Vallei hospital for follow-up testing. There an ultrasound was made and a puncture was performed. Fluid was removed from her breasts. After a few days, the results came and they showed that there is at least one malignant cancer cell in the left breast. On the right side there is also a cancerous cell, but it was not yet known whether that was good, or malignant. Next, an MRI was taken. This showed that there was another floating tumor behind the malignant cancer cell.
