Cancer Part 26

Today is the day. My mother's hair is coming off. She doesn't mind so much herself, because her hair will come back anyway. That's why we spent some time playing with it this morning. First I went to pick the loose hair off her back. After breakfast, my brother pulled out a few strands. We could laugh about that. When my mother went to wash, we had already taken precautions, all sorts of hair came loose.

So we were able to have a good laugh about it, but what is bad is that she has a lot of pain in her mouth. She went to the hospital yesterday for that, which was actually kind of weird.

There was slapping on her elbow, she had to squeeze the nurse's hand. And because her cheek is a little thicker and her mouth is a little crooked, the intern concluded that 2 nerves in her face were off, and that she could stay in the hospital all weekend, and then on Tuesday that the neurologist will look at it.

She thought that was a bit odd, and asked to speak to the doctor. And he said that it wasn't like that. Then the assistant got her ass kicked. So...
