Mother Nature is confused

Mother Nature is spinning a bit. Last weekend the news was dominated by reports that the Dutch were skating en masse. Today it was once again very busy outside. The difference from two weeks ago is quite a bit. Two weeks ago it was -16°C now it is 19°C that is a difference of 35 degrees.
