Don't worry, be happy
I was going to write a blog about how I had failed by failing my workout for the first time. But the more I thought about it, the more positivity I started to see.
I went to the pool to swim laps. I had to break off at three quarters of my work-out because I was cramping up. But while changing clothes, I thought, it's because of those guys who challenged me to a race. I didn't feel bad at all because I had lost grandly. But because a wrong move gave me a terrible cramp in my calf.
Normally I would go for a brisk walk, but I couldn't do that now. Partly because I went home so early and because I looked around I saw the beauty of tonight's golden hour.
So there is more gratitude and positivity than sitting around feeling sorry for those last few meters I didn't get to swim. So every disadvantage has its advantage.
