    In Soná, a day at the beach cannot be missed. In fact, most of the "foreigners" you encounter in Soná all go to Santa Catalina. Maybe all tourists except this one crazy tourist who is half Panamanian. By the way, I have never been to Santa Catalina beach. Today we were at Playa Arrimadero for the third time. This time it was really a great day. Something always goes wrong with a day out, but for once it didn't. Really a top day.
